Forest Dragon Green as the forest and old as the stones, a dragon appears where the last sun lies warm on the ground. He remembers frightening everyone without quite understanding why, admits he might have been a better father, and listens as the possibility is raised that the old stories got him wrong. Then he chuckles and melts back into the forest, occasionally glimpsed in pools of light.
